Yes. Even within the warranty period, repairs may not be possible for damage caused by external impact or excessive wear and tear.In such cases, if the item was purchased within the last three years, we will offer a replacement product instead.

Is airline-related damage covered under the warranty?

Damage caused by airlines is not covered under our warranty.If you wish to file a claim, please report the issue to the airline before leaving the airport.If you're unable to report the damage to the airline, we can offer repair services or provide replacement parts as a courtesy.

If your product is still under warranty and the damage occurred under normal use, repairs are generally free of charge.Replacement parts are also provided at no cost. However, depending on the condition of the item and the repair location, you may be responsible for a portion of the repair fee.In some cases, you may also be asked to cover part of the shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover the following:
・Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, discoloration, aging, or damage from regular use
・Damage to the contents of the bag
・Discoloration or deterioration caused by improper storage, including exposure to sunlight or waterLost or stolen bags and their contents
・Lost or stolen bags and their contents

◾️For repairs within Japan:
Your suitcase will be returned within 5 to 7 business days after it arrives at our repair center, provided that necessary parts are available.

◾️For repairs within the United States:
Your suitcase will be returned within approximately 1 month after arrival, depending on parts availability.
