Refund Policy

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only if the following conditions are met.
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if the conditions are not satisfied.

▼Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

・Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
・Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
・The returned item must include all original packaging and accessories, such as the invoice, tags, box, and instruction manual, exactly as received.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
・If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the customer's registered address. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

▼Return Shipping Fees
・Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective upon arrival.
・For orders shipped via express delivery, if the item is returned, a shipping fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the refund. This amount is non-refundable.
・Please note that the 3.5% currency conversion fee charged at the time of payment is non-refundable. This fee is retained by the payment processor and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.

When contacting us, please provide the following information:
・Order number (a 4–5 digit number starting with #〇〇〇〇) or phone number
・Email address used for the order

▼Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund process.
The refund will be issued within approximately 5–7 business days after the item has been verified.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
If the purchase was made using a credit card or an external payment service, the refund will be credited back to the respective payment service, not directly to the customer’s bank account.
If the item was returned via cash on delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
